Dateable Bites are bite-sized date and dry-fruit barfi from Aladdin Dates, made with dates, almonds, cashews and pistachios, bound with honey and ghee. No refined sugar – sweetened only with dates and honey. One 200 g tin holds about 10 servings – for tea-time, travel or gifting.

Dateable Bites come from Aladdin Dates, the brand behind our Kimia, Zahidi, Kalmi and Fard dates. Dates lead the ingredient list, followed by almonds, cashews and pistachios, with honey and ghee to bind it all together. We cut the mix into small, easy-to-share bites with a soft texture and a crunch of nuts – much like a traditional khajur barfi (dates barfi), in a tin you can open any time.

Is there any refined sugar in Dateable Bites?
No. We do not add refined (table) sugar. Dateable Bites are sweetened only with dates and honey.

Why does the label show "added sugar"?
Under FSSAI labelling rules, honey is counted as added sugar. The 21.8 g of added sugar per 100 g on the label comes from the honey. Total sugars are 25.9 g per 100 g, including the natural sugars in dates.

How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place, ideally refrigerated, and close the tin tightly after opening.
