At Aladdin Dates we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹299 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹299.
The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for other locations.
Delivery times can vary because of location, weather or courier delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS.
Incorrect address, lost or damaged parcels
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
