
Date & Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kimia Dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 ½ cups shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:

Prepare the dates:
In a food processor, pulse the Kimia Dates until they form a sticky paste.

Cook the mixture:
Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan. Add the date paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add coconut and flavor:
Stir in the shredded coconut, cardamom powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken

Shape into ladoos:
Once the mixture has cooled enough to handle, roll it into small balls (ladoo size).

Roll each ladoo in the extra shredded coconut to coat.
