These delightful coconut ladoos made with Kimia Dates are the perfect blend of natural sweetness and rich coconut flavor. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kimia Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • A pinch of salt

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the dates:
      In a food processor, pulse the Kimia Dates until they form a sticky paste.

    2. Cook the mixture:
      Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan. Add the date paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

    3. Add coconut and flavor:
      Stir in the shredded coconut, cardamom powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken

    4. Shape into ladoos:
      Once the mixture has cooled enough to handle, roll it into small balls (ladoo size).

    5. Roll in coconut:
      Roll each ladoo in the extra shredded coconut to coat.

    6. Serve:
      Let the ladoos cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
