
Banana Date Loaf
Naturally sweet, soft, and moist, made with ripe bananas and Kimia Dates
This wholesome banana loaf is fruit-sweetened and packed with the goodness of Kimia Dates. No refined sugar, no fuss, just clean, comforting flavors perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even a healthy dessert. It’s dairy-free, can be made gluten-free, and tastes even better the next day!
Dry Ingredients:
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Kimia Dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
- ¼ cup oil (olive, coconut, or neutral oil)
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan version)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Add-ins:
● ¼ cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips
● 1 tbsp seeds (chia, flax, or sunflower) for a crunch

Prep Your Pan & Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf tin with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Blend the Dates
Drain the soaked Kimia Dates and blend into a smooth paste with a splash of water if needed.

Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, date paste, eggs, oil, and vanilla.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
