Thank you for shopping with Aladdin Dates (a brand of Nutshot India Private Limited). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
- Food products such as dates and date-based products are perishable and are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged on delivery or not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the photographs), we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the product was damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
