Zahidi Dates Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Aladdin Zahidi Dates (pitted and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
  • 1/4 cup jaggery (or sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.
  2. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the dates soften and the mixture thickens.
  3. Cool and blend into a smooth paste.
  4. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Perfect For: Pairing with snacks like samosas, pakoras, or as a dip for bread.
